Dena Jane of By Hand is a traveling illustrator who designs from her mobile design studio. Staying ever-inspired by the world around her, she translates her illustrations into various mediums from paintings to prints, and textiles. The recent work with textiles has enabled her to give art a longer life span by allowing it to be worn and used as a tool of self-expression. Her artwork naturally has a very organic feeling of simplicity and asymmetry.
