About Olio Miterra

Our organic extra virgin olive oil is made from our olives on the Ionian coast of Calabria, where countless olive trees adorn the landscape and where the mild climate gives the oil a fruity, mild taste. For generations, we have cared for our centuries-old olive trees with love and passion. During the harvest season, which starts every year in October, the olives are picked green and ground and cold pressed in the traditional stone mill within 24 hours. Olio Miterra is a natural product, unfiltered and certified organic in Italy and Germany. Mild and aromatic, the oil enriches the palate with a pleasant spiciness and a wonderful, fruity taste. Thanks to these qualities, it goes great with any dish, especially Mediterranean cuisine. Our premium balsamic vinegars follow a traditional production method in Modena, which is aged in barrels made from various woods (oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, juniper, mulberry). Our balsamic collection is 100% natural and without artificial sugar additives, dyes or preservatives.
