About Quinta Mourisca do Alendouro

Quinta Mourisca is a family project, based on a farm located in Agrobom, in the Northeast of Transmontano. The purpose of Quinta Mourisca is to allow a return to its roots, bringing the aromas of the countryside and the flavors of traditional recipes to its consumers. Our products are prepared in an artisanal way, using local labor and creating recipes that aim to harmonize traditional knowledge with innovation.
