Our Story Our story begins in 2015 with a black Labrador named "Jeannie." ...at the age of 6 months, Jeannie moved in with us. After Jeannie was fed dry food on the recommendation of the breeder or the pet store, the first complaints started shortly thereafter: dry and flaky skin, dull coat, and poor kidney values. Later, after switching to a special food recommended by the veterinarian, the kidney values improved somewhat, but eye and ear infections were added. So we started to delve deeply into the topic of dog nutrition and were appalled at what is contained in industrially produced dog food! Jeannie became ill from her food. From then on, we cooked Jeannie's dog food ourselves. And lo and behold: Jeannie immediately felt great again! Why not cook for other dog owners too? We quickly founded our own dog food company and launched the brand "Mr. Fred"! Together with Susan, one of the leading veterinarians in animal nutrition, we began developing the first recipes. So our new concept was established: Super-premium quality dog food made from ingredients of 100% food-grade quality, developed according to the latest scientific findings in animal nutrition.
