Skinnybik low carb bikkies have been expertly created with love and care by clinical dietitian and Mediterranean diet researcher Dr Antigone Kouris. Unable to recommend any healthy biscuits to her patients, she decided to develop the first range of low carb lupin biscuits with a 5 health star rating. Skinnybik have helped many of her patients lose weight and better manage their blood sugars by replacing other not so healthy sweet treats. This was possible because they taste so indulgent and naughty! Skinnybik have been university tested and shown to reduce hunger and to have little impact on blood sugars. Skinnybik are packed with “good for you” Australian ingredients, including the super food “lupin bean” which features in the Mediterranean diet. Skinnybik are all natural with a clean short wholefood ingredient list. Nothing artificial and no laxative sweeteners like maltitol. Skinnybik includes 5 delicious flavours, including a gluten free lemon flavour, all with a soft brownie texture.
