We are Stesh, the better-for-you pistachio butter - one that you can indulge in freely. Stesh is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and seed oil free; it's made of all-natural ingredients and packed with 6g of protein in each serving. While working half a decade in investment banking and private equity on Wall Street, my partner and I were both looking to eat healthier during our long days at the desk and we would often turn to pistachios but the tedious task of deshelling pistachios was always time consuming so we set out to find a pistachio butter alternative in the grocery store. With no luck and all the online versions tasting bland or loaded with sugars and creams, we created Stesh out of our Manhattan kitchen and quit our jobs to make pistachio butter better.
