About The BodyBakery & Co

The BodyBakery was created out of my need to eat dessert every day without having the guilt or ill side effects of sugary desserts. I started with recipe creation while I was training for a bodybuilding competition and was posting treats on social media to show my friends. Lo and behold, they started offering to pay me to make treats for them. I realized then that the world needed high-protein, guilt-free desserts every day, just like me. So our high protein, gluten-free single serve desserts were created to cater to all my needs for dessert, and they have turned into a favorite everyday dessert for so many! Cheesecake, carrot cake, peanut butter buckeyes, muffins, and cupcake sammies, there is something for everyone! We have the desire to share our guilt-free treats with as many people as possible.
