About Schokofaktur

Hello and welcome to Schokofaktur! I am Benjamin, founder and creative mind behind Schokofaktur. The idea came from a very simple wish: a really good chocolate snack for the afternoon – of course tasty and good for my health. In supermarkets I found nothing that matched my ideas, especially no chocolate that is sweetened exclusively with dates. So I began experimenting myself, combining cocoa with nuts and high-quality ingredients, searching for the perfect cocoa supplier and even investing in my own chocolate machine. What began as a personal project quickly evolved. Family and friends were enthusiastic about my creations, and their feedback gave me the courage to take the step into self-employment. Since then new varieties have continually been developed, inspired by my passion for natural ingredients, organic quality and the desire to create extraordinary taste experiences. I am particularly fond of the date – an often underestimated fruit with which incredibly diverse and refined snacks can be created.
