Growing up on a farm in the depths of Bavaria, the connection to nature—with its magnificent fauna and flora—has always been an integral part of my life. Over the years, I was accompanied by many animals—whether chickens, sheep, cows, pigs—but of course also dogs and cats. And one dog—my Sindy—shaped me so strongly, taught me, and solidified my intentions that I fulfilled my childhood dream and pursued a career "on the animal side." Now, after more than 20 years "in the industry" and numerous proprietary recipes offered under the names of other manufacturers, the desire was born to create my very own brands! Our three production lines: 1) Sandras Schmankerl - a thoroughly Bavarian food. Made in Bavaria from Bavarian ingredients. 2) TastyCat Classic - a holistic concept throughout the entire production chain. 3) TastyCat Terrine - produced in Germany from German raw materials - particularly tasty for the sauce fans among cats. For our product lines, we use raw materials that originate at least from Germany—or specifically from Bavaria. This eliminates questions about potential product range additions with varieties like kangaroo, horse, or ostrich, as these meat sources cannot come from animals bred and slaughtered in Germany.Read their story
