La Fenice is a family-run organic farm in the Mugello Valley in Tuscany (Italy), specialized in the production and processing of brown, the most valuable chestnut in the world. Thanks to the recovery of traditional production methods, the delicacy and nutritional value of the fruit used, we offer chestnut-based products of excellent gastronomic quality. La Fenice offers a line of honeys produced in the uncontaminated forests of the Mountain north of Florence.
