Katfish Salmon Co. provides communities with high quality, traceable seafood direct, from the fisherman to the consumer. Kat started Captaining her own fishing vessel in 2018, and founded Katfish Salmon Co in 2020. What started as a Women Founded and Operated business has grown into a family operation. Having met her now husband Luke, the two started running the business together in 2025. To catch your coho salmon, we utilize a traditional hook and line fishing method called power trolling, that allows us to catch fish one-at-a-time, ensuring sustainability and quality. Each fish is then cleaned, bled, and iced on board. This process produces the highest quality fish on the market. As a small family run boat, we need to work with other family owned operations like ours. Know that if we do not catch it ourselves, it is thoughtfully sourced. We take traceability seriously.
