About Iona Shepherd Designs

Hello, I'm Iona, a designer and illustrator originally from the Yorkshire Dales and now living in the Lincolnshire countryside. I studied Textiles at the University of Huddersfield and went on to work as a product designer for a company in North Yorkshire for 3 years after finishing my degree. It has been a dream of mine to start up a business working on my designs and to be able to share them with you. My work is fun and colourful, and heavily influenced by nature. I work largely with digital collage but also enjoy playing with paper collage, painting, and getting back to my textile roots.
