We’re born in the Peruvian Amazon at Hacienda Umbelina (Pucallpa), where we grow organic fine aroma cacao and craft chocolate right on the farm—so every batch is truly fresh from the source. We manage the full journey from tree to chocolate: farming, post-harvest, and production. That means real traceability, consistent quality, and a flavor that reflects where it comes from—bright, complex, and deeply cacao-forward. Our recipes are intentionally simple: single-origin cacao and unrefined sugar (cane or coconut blossom), with no additives and a clean label your customers can feel good about.
