Hi, I'm Bill Gause in Columbia, South Carolina. My son and I have a full service catering business and a food truck. Billy G's Carolina BBQ! We've just been voted Best Caterer by The State newspaper that covers most of SC. We have been nominated as Best Food Truck but, as of this writing, that voting has not been tabulated. We've been catering good ole SC Barbeque for years. Our clients kept telling us to bottle our sauces and sell it throughout the country. Well, we finally did just that in the Summer of 2021. We sell through Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly, and many Butcher Shops and Specialty Stores throughout SC. We will soon be in other states as distribution expands. Our "Sweet Heat" Sauce is a tomato vinegar based sauce that is sweet in the front with some heat in the back when you taste it. People are crazy about Sweet Heat! It goes with just about anything. Our "Carolina Bold Mustard" is a true SC sauce. SC is known in the BBQ world as a "mustard sauce loving state". It is very unique. Our Carolina Bold isn't as tart as a lot of the mustard sauces. It is very smooth. It has bold flavor and a good bit of kick from the pepper added at the end of the cooking process. We have other products in development and can't wait to get them in your stores!!
