Chalktree WAX Candles was born in 2021 when the world was going through a pandemic and there came a need for a Reset. Taking self-care more seriously and living consciously as a consumer soon became the new normal. We realized that many candles that we burned regularly contained harmful chemicals and weren't good for our health or the environment. Determined to find a better alternative, we began researching and experimenting with different ingredients. Our mission was clear: to create luxurious candles that were environmentally responsible and made with natural, sustainable ingredients. We also wanted to create a brand that celebrated Modern-Minimal design and neutral aesthetics, perfect for any home decor. I decided to source the cleanest ingredients, including vegan coconut soy wax, ethically sourced wooden wicks, and premium fragrance oils that are Phthalate-free and Paraben-free, all while maintaining the elegant and simple look we envisioned. Hand-poured in small batches in our studio in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, each Chalktree WAX candle is crafted with care and attention to detail. From the scents carefully curated to evoke different moods to the crackling wooden wicks that create a cozy, fireside atmosphere, every candle is a testament to our passion for responsible luxury and beautiful design.
