Appel Heights was born out of a desire to find a way to keep our 5th generation farming roots alive by bringing something to the consumer that would benefit their wellbeing. Stone milling grains and legumes into flour, grown from commodities raised on the Pacific Northwest is exactly what we are doing. We are dedicated to bringing you the freshest flour from the most productive, versatile, and resilient soils located right here on the famous rolling hills of the PNW.

I was looking forward to this item since I sell sourdough starter @ my store. When the shipment arrived, there was a small issue, but the owner went above and beyond to fix it super quickly. This will be a good addition to my store opening soon.

We love the dried garbanzo beans for our house made hummus - they cook up well and make the best, creamiest hummus. The packaging is also so beautiful, we just had to put it on our retail shelf as well. Highly recommend!
