About Sophiepops & Gumdrops

Our precocious and dimpled 4-year-old, Sophie, dreams of magical unicorns, rainbow marshmallows, and candy castles! When she is not dreaming, Sophie is busy being fierce, adventurous, and lovable. With that spirit, Sophie willed us to launch Sophiepops & Gumdrops. As head of R&D, Sophie is the most dedicated (albeit surreptitious) sampler any confectioner could have! Preoccupied with all things sweet, Sophie uses her palate to taste-test our marshmallows and candies at every opportunity . . . while hiding in the pantry, behind the couch, or under her bed!
