Thanks to his great passion and deep knowledge of truffles, Giovannino founded the company in the early 80s. In the beginning, the company focused on the sale of fresh truffles. Over time, the company expanded, so much so that Giovannino decided to create the first laboratory dedicated to the production of products preserved with truffles.
