About Molly Bee Studio

Molly Bee — a.k.a., me! — is a proudly queer, disabled, neurodivergent artist on a mission to make the world a little more inclusive, kinder, prouder, and a bit sillier, too. I find my inspiration in my communities here in Philly and online, focusing on Pride and intersectionality with some nerd culture and Philly attitude to keep things spicy. I intentionally create wearable or functional items like pins, stickers, and stationery, and I use text heavily in my designs because I value the silent connections people make when they see others expressing values they share. This is vitally important to me as someone with an “invisible” disability and who often doesn’t “read” as queer or neurodivergent by many people’s standards. My art comes from a place of reaching out to other marginalized people and offering others a comfortable way to reach out. If it starts conversations, even better.
