Willy Pete’s Chocolate Co. LLC is a veteran owned, hand-crafted, small batch chocolate company. We specialize in unique flavor combinations with our home grown spicy peppers. What makes Willy Pete’s stand out from the rest, is the time we spend growing our own peppers. From seeds to harvest, we grow and dehydrate our peppers used in the chocolates. !NO EXTRACTS! We do NOT use any extracts in our chocolates. We only use dehydrated pepper powder Along with peppers, we also include some amazing and creative flavor combinations to make Willy Pete’s Chocolate Co. a remarkable brand. Bryan Chiarappi's Story: After coming back from a deployment, I found that gardening was a source of therapy. I’ve always been fond of spicy food, so I worked to grow my own hot peppers. Each year the peppers got hotter and hotter. After pulling 8 lbs of Ghost Peppers out of my garden, I had to figure out what to use them for. After some experimentation, Black Hole Sun chocolate bar emerged. From there, the flavors and ideas just kept coming, until one day Willy Pete’s Chocolate Company was created.
