Bones began as a dad-and-daughters tradition. Each October, Marc and his girls, Margaux and Mireille, played with a little skeleton while decorating for Halloween. One night they wondered why their skeleton didn’t do anything magical like the Elf—so Marc began setting up playful surprises after bedtime. It quickly became their favorite family ritual. When friends loved the idea, Marc realized other families were looking for a fun, hands-on Halloween tradition focusing Halloween on connection rather than candy. That’s how Bones was born.
