Impastarci is a Social Cooperative that produces high quality dry pasta, bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures and slowly. This is how we obtain CARPANEA pasta, with wholemeal flours of ancient grains, hemp and legumes. All products and raw materials are 100% Italian, single-variety and strictly BIO. Our project was born with the social goal of entering the work of women victims of violence. We operate and are partners of the N.A.Ve Project (Anti-Trafting Network for Veneto). As can be seen from the title, our motto is declined in: “eating well, living well and doing good”, the core of our mission. Pasta CARPANEA stands out not only for its specificity of flavors and organoleptic qualities, for its health characteristics: it has a lower glycemic index than other pastas, for this reason it is particularly suitable for low-calorie diets; gluten proteins (except legumes that do not contain them) are less elastic and to a reduced extent, therefore suitable for those who prefer a more diet healthy and low in gluten. With Margherito ancient wheat semolina and the addition of hemp flour, we have created a recipe for a pasta that is much loved by those who play sports. CARPANEA 100% legume flour, very protein, gluten-free, suitable for those who like to keep themselves healthy and - why not - given its colors, even for children.
