Josef Bauer loves his dives. As a former top restaurateur and owner of Landgasthof Adler (1 Michelin star, 18 points in GaultMillau), based on the rugged eastern Alb in the deepest Swabian Baden-Württemberg, he discovered his passion for burning early on. After entering retirement in 2016, it's really getting started: With dedication, he and the whole family dedicate themselves to the fascination of burning and make the in-house still glow. Craftsmanship and the best ingredients are combined in the high-quality spirits to produce the highest quality. The trade magazine DER FEINSCHMECKER praises the soft, flattering and fresh character of Swooping Premium Dry Gin and above all recommends pure enjoyment.
