My story starts after 8 years of running a hospitality business in the UK. I was extremely burnt out and my mental health was suffering. So I decided to sell the company and focus some time on my family and my recovery. As I reconnected with my body and with nature, I started exploring more sensory experiences that connected with wellness. The biggest takeaway of the last couple of years was to recognise the importance that rest and refuel has on our physical and mental wellbeing. This inspired me to embrace my creativity and my passion for innovation to create products that promote pausing and taking time for self-care, something that I hadn't learnt until now. This led the journey to formulate candles and home fragrance designed to help you to slow down as well as to connect you with your senses and the beautiful scents of the Garden of England in Kent and the place I call home, Canterbury.
