DocK - Les Sacrés Chais is above all the project of 2 wine enthusiasts, who are epicureans at heart, who decided to set up their tanks and their press in the former Réois Docks in 2021 to create the first urban winery in the Remois region. In this winemaking cellar, they produce tranquil wines (red, white and rosé), from organic grapes carefully picked by them from partner winemakers, and vinified as naturally as possible, in Reims.
