To measure your wrist, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist, then add approximately ½ an inch for a snug fit and 1 inch for a looser fit. A string and ruler also work great. Please note that sizing may vary +/-0.25 inches. Adult Small: 6.25 inches Adult Medium: 6.75 inches - FITS MOST, RECOMMEMDED FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS Adult Large: 7.50 inches Individual packing pouches and care instructions will be included with each order of approximately 1/2 - 2/3 of total order quantity.
