Silvi started the company in 2016 making a snack made of standard meringue called “Crowns” The popularity of her product was clear, as was the desire for a vegan alternative… In February 2020 we decided it was time to reduce our impact on the environment, turned the business into a plant- based company and London Apron was born. The secret? We owe it all to Chickpeas!

London Apron we’re amazing as I have them hardly any notice to make products for a vegan fair I was doing and they sent them to me within 1 day of receiving the order. Excellent quality products. Customers love the vegan meringue we did tastings at our fairs. Fantastic tasting vegan brownies too. The kitchen used is 100% vegan so highly recommend this company.
