THAT'S ME! Hi, I'm Beke and I've been running the company Grubentuch since January 2024. I am creative and have been in love with the North for as long as I can remember. This is especially reflected in our Mare collection. All kitchen textiles, motifs, and custom designs are carefully created by us in Germany. With the help of modern digital graphic programs, all our designs, such as the North and Baltic Seas or city motifs, are created. We are always in direct contact with our business customers. An uncomplicated process and communication are particularly important to us. OUR STORY In 2014, my father Maximilian Markus Hörmann founded the company Grubentuch and built it up step by step. From the love of kitchen textiles, the business idea of our own collection developed. After many trade fair visits at home and abroad, the search led to a great weaving mill in China. The foundation for the first production was laid. Read more about our materials and production here. Since then, we have been working with two carefully selected weaving mills. The highest work and quality standards were particularly important to us, and we have seen this for ourselves on site. We are especially glad that we have found great, family-run companies as partners. High quality while maintaining a very attractive price-performance ratio is our goal.
