About Les Tours du Malt

We are located in an old 17th century farmhouse in Hem, in the suburbs of Lille, close to the Belgian border. We share this place with a locavore restaurant, an organic soap manufacturer and an organic market gardener. In the heart of a land of brewers, no less than 3 breweries existed in the last century in the town and its surroundings (Brasserie Leclerc, Brasserie Brabant and Brasserie des Croisiers), it was therefore legitimate for the Tours du Malt to see the light of day in Hem. We offer a wide range of organic beers, from session style to triple, to lagers and much more. Pleasure, audacity and the exhilaration of aromas are our priorities. And as Lavoisier said, with us nothing is lost, everything is transformed! Indeed, our spent grains, our bottles, our bags of malt have access to a second life.Read their story
