About Bollygood

Bollygood is Indian-inspired sparkling lemonade and limeade, the first of its kind in North America. Bollygood is based on a Nimbu Pani — a drink enjoyed for centuries in India. It’s a refreshing beverage made from a blend of lemon or lime, herbs and spices, plus cane sugar and water. We put a sparkling twist on this classic with our flavorful combination of fruits and Indian spices. Bollygood was created to give everyone a taste of my parents’ homeland and is influenced by my Indian-Canadian upbringing. Our mission is to spread happiness and culture through our delicious Indian-inspired beverages while supporting the empowerment of women and women-owned businesses in the USA and India. Maxine, the founder, is a retired Electrical Engineer and mother of 4. Her parents immigrated to Canada from India. She was fortunate to spend many summers in India, soaking up her Indian culture.
