We focus on small-batch, single-origin coffees from Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Kenya — roasted biweekly to ensure maximum freshness and flavor in every cup. Founded by Emmanuel Kwizera, a Rwandan-born coffee professional who’s spent years working with farmers across the region, Sasa Coffee is built on relationships, transparency, and craft. Our goal is simple: to share coffees that honor their origin and connect communities through quality and care. We roast every batch by hand in LA, keeping things small, intentional, and rooted in the details that make East African coffee truly special.
