The service and response time was excellent. I was kept appropriately informed on the fulfillment of my order. The MSRP for these brushes is extremely high for the durability of the mechanism. This product hits most of our goals for providing unique and useful products: *the brush material is effective. It would work better if the surface area was larger and closer to the OD of the canister. * the self-cleaning mechanism is clever, but is not durable. It broke the first time it was dropped
