Willow, the founder of L'amour Artisans personally designs and sources all textiles and works closely with her small manufacturing team in Guatemala where she lived for 3 years setting up the business. She is passionate about empowering the local Mayan women with living wages, knowing that when women thrive, so do the economies in which they operate. She pays her employees double the local wage and her textile partners set the price she pays, ensuring everyone involved in the manufacturing of L'amour Artisan cushions receives a liveable wage.
