This was a lesson learned for me. I honestly think the way the mug turned out was my fault. Maybe the quality of the png file was not good enough; the logo is blurry, and the text is somewhat faded. However, as a business owner, I would still never send out a product that looks like what I received. I think it's best to be able to order a sample first in order to quality check the product. The mug, itself, looks to be a nice sturdy mug. Luckily I found a vendor that offers this.
