Great Cycling Products to Outsmart the Elements veloToze was created by a group of dedicated cyclists in Sonoma County, California. We wanted to enjoy our ride in the cold rain and still end up with warm, dry feet. Since launching our Tall Shoe Covers and Short Shoe Covers in 2014, we have expanded our product lines to include many cycling essentials and accessories that help cyclists Outsmart The Elements.
