About KGS Design Studio

My name is Kathryn! I'm the owner and artist of KGS Design Studio. I'm a graphic designer and illustrator from Gig Harbor, WA. I graduated from Central Washington University in August 2022 with a BA in Graphic Design. Like everyone else, it's been hard finding a job in my field, but I do what I can at the moment. I faced major burnout that made it hard to create without criticizing myself. I started working at a stationery shop in January 2023, and after a few months and seeing everything in the shop, I decided to pick up my brand again and start creating designs for cards and stickers. My workplace brought back my creativity, making me try different styles before I landed on my current style. I'm beyond grateful for everyone in my life that have supported me through this journey. I hope to continue to create amazing and beautiful cards to share with everyone inside and outside Washington. In some way - sending a little love your way. Note: I designed all my cards, stickers, and art prints. I print my cards and art prints. The stickers are the only products I carry where I would send them to a company to have them printed and cut.Read their story
