Nancy's Notable Nibbles is a Woman Owned, Family Run small business in Longmont Colorado. We specialize in "making it gluten free" and focus on the nostalgic things we cannot find GF. Owners Nancy and Mike know exactly what it means to miss out on GOOD gluten free foods, so we developed a delicious 5 ingredient cheese cracker we call a Chezze Cracker. Our customers loved it so much, we uprooted our family and moved to a new town to make these crackers in a dedicated GF and Nut Free facility in Longmont! We use Outrageous Baking GF Flour that is non-gmo, Tillamook Cheese, Butter, mustard Powder, and Sea Salt to make these amazing squares. We offer a variety of flavors, but all are made with the same delicious high quality base ingredients. Made in small batches, by hand, these crackers will be the hit of every shop!
