About Felicity Designs

Hello, I'm Felicity, founder and designer behind Felicity Designs. We create bright, beautiful greeting cards and paper goods from our home studio in the small market town of Frodsham, Cheshire, alongside my partner Dave, who keeps everything running behind the scenes. We started Felicity Designs in 2020 with a simple belief — that a card should be beautiful enough to keep long after the occasion has passed. I consider myself very fortunate to have grown up in a creative family where we always enjoyed visiting stunning houses and gardens across the UK. My summer holidays abroad frequently involved painting with my grandma, and she was the first person to gift me my own watercolour paint set. Sending greeting cards and letters has always been a family tradition. After studying floristry at college and working as a florist for many years, I went on to study print and pattern design at Winchester School of Art. I now combine my lifelong love of art and design with flowers, gardens, wildlife, colour, and typography into every card I create. Every design starts life on paper, painted by hand using watercolour, ink, and small touches of gouache. Our premium greeting cards are printed on 300gsm textured card stock, designed, printed, and packed here in the UK, using quality sustainable materials, and we even grow some of our own flowers for our photography.
