About Thrifty and Nifty Goods

Thrifty and Nifty Goods was crafted in 2020, and is dedicated to supporting social change and mental health education through lived experience. The owner, Elizabeth (that's me!) uses she/they pronouns, and has been a loud mouth bisexual advocating for change since she was little. Through their own late diagnosis of ADHD + ASD, they have dedicated their time to better understanding these illnesses, and how to make every day a little more accessible, while remaining informed and involved in social movements.
