About Caplansky's Deli Mustard
Zane Caplansky started Caplansky's Deli in 2008 out of the burning desire for a great sandwich. He made everything from scratch, including his own mustard. In 2017 Zane married Willa Bradshaw. Together they moved to the West Coast to start a family. The deli business is tough. It doesn't leave much room for family time. Willa and Zane decided to partner up and focus on mustard. In 2022 Archie was born. He doesn't love mustard but his parents love him so much that doesn't matter one bit. In 2024 Caplansky's Deli Mustards won more medals than any other brand in the World Wide Mustard Competition sponsored by the Mustard Museum in Wisconsin. Zane and Willa's mustards won more medals than any other brand. Ok, they tied for most medals.
