“Così Duci” has been, since 1986, a faithful continuation of the Sicilian history of good taste using genuine, refined and everyday ingredients, poor and rich but wisely dosed by the skilled hands of the Pastry Chefs. This is how the ancient original recipes are represented, which have come down to us from monastery to monastery, from court to court, from party to party... The real pastas, almond, martorana, sesame, pistachio, cinnamon, honey, candied fruit, dried fruit, pine nuts, anise, raisin and sultanas, aromas that are breathed daily in the air, lemons, orange trees, tangerines, orange blossoms, jasmine.. Sicily has been a crossroads of cultures and influences from which it has taken and handed down the best that each of them could offer.
