It is in Andernos-les-Bains, a small idyllic town nestled in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, known for its pretty colorful cabins, sweet and milky oysters, the richness of Mother Nature, and the whims of the tides, that Delphine decided to settle in 2014. Delphine is passionate about cooking and is a born alchemist. Of Spanish Pied-Noir origin, her grandmother, whom she affectionately called "Marelia," undoubtedly passed on to her the taste for spices, the art of combining sweet and savory flavors, and the importance of the culinary values of an uprooted family. She then reconstructs her "warm and colorful childhood memories" through her first range "Maison Marelia," which will quickly expand to 70 traditional flavors, sweet and savory, as the seasons go by... Crafted in the traditional way and cooked in copper cauldrons with 70% fruit and 30% cane sugar, her recipes are delicate and will delight your taste buds!Read their story
