Inspired by the growing female community in professional roles, Executive by Stephanie was born to put an end to the concept that business attire has to be expensive. We empower women, giving them the right look for a reasonable price, outstanding quality, and endless matching opportunities that will make each piece office ready or jean friendly. When our founder, Stephanie, began her career in chemical engineering, she never quite felt like she looked the part. Affordable women’s business clothing was hard to come by and often poorly made. Her wardrobe was cobbled together with individual pieces from multiple stores and did not match the level of her job skills and expertise. Eventually, her career led to management opportunities with domestic and international travel to interface with partners and clients. As her career progressed, her wardrobe did not. Fifteen years later, this problem sadly still exists! Stephanie has made it her mission to give working women their confidence back. No woman should feel inferior in her career due to her wardrobe. With Executive by Stephanie, women can create a wardrobe of professional staple pieces at an affordable price.
