Eat Purposefully was created by my mother and I after years of feeling like “healthy” foods still didn’t make us feel our best. We started experimenting with fermentation, an ancient technique used for thousands of years - and discovered that when you gently break ingredients down first, the body can digest them more comfortably. After years of testing, we developed a patent-pending fermentation process that makes our granola easier on the gut, lower in sugar, and still incredibly delicious. Every bag is crafted with organic, vegan ingredients—thoughtfully formulated to help people enjoy their favorite foods again without the crash, heaviness, or bloating.
