Born out of a passion for food and fermentation, Down to Ferment was envisioned and created by Chef Sean Kirkpatrick, who wanted to create something that he was truly proud of. Each bottle of sauce takes over 30 days to make, and every ingredient is fermented and made from scratch. Down To Ferment has one simple mission in mind; Make food taste better. Our brand of sauce promotes flavor over heat, with unique and intriguing flavor combinations.
