About Mystic Moth Co
My name is Cierra and I began my entrepreneurial journey at 13. I grew up with very sensitive skin and not very many natural products on the market to choose from, that’s when I decided to start making natural and non toxic items. I started with just basic soap bars and now we have grown to a variety of bath and body care as well as home care products. My husband Cole and I now both own Mystic Moth Co and we would love to have the chance to put our natural products in your shop. I was delivered 2 large packages of damaged laundry fresheners. A few bottles had emptied inside the box, the labels were peeling off or put on crooked to begin with and every tin lid was damaged. This was back in early February and I still have a box of damaged product. I have been ghosted since so there has been no resolution. Worst Faire experience so far with a maker in 5 years.

I received a large order of the laundry fresheners, every metal lid was damaged a few bottles had emptied inside the box during shipping, what a mess and the labels were peeling off or crooked. This was way back in February and the issue has yet to be resolved. I do like the spray lotions however my last order had thermal burned and crooked labels. The worst customer service and experience yet on Faire.

Seriously out of over 100 orders this is the 1st time leaving a review badly. The shipping took longer than expected also cost $74. The bottles arrived cracked, labels peeling, product all over everything, 😑 also there is no scent. Missing products, and the worst experience I've had on faire with any company.
