My name is Niall Duffy and my family’s business, Two and a Half Irishmen, Traditional Irish Baking has been operating since 2015 in Richmond and throughout Virginia. We started attending Farmers Markets and 10 years ago started selling Wholesale and online. We have a range of 190 items that are made up of Traditional Irish, American Classic, Gluten Free and Vegan recipes! Our Gluten Free options use Cassava Flour and our Vegan options replace eggs with unsweetened applesauce. We supply everything frozen to make sure you have the maximum possible shelf life, but are fine to be sold alongside other breads unrefrigerated when ready. When you receive your items, they are fine to be refrozen and put on your retail shelf as needed to minimize shrinkage. The packaging is color coded: Red for Classic American, Green for Traditional Irish, Yellow is for Gluten Free and Pink is for Vegan. We also supply in Half loaf size for regular consumer purchases and Snack Sizes designed for Coffee Shops and Gift stores. We sell in about 25 locations around the state of Virginia including VCU, UVA, University of Richmond, Fredericksburg Food Co-op, The Cheese Shop in Williamsburg, Ellwood Thompsons in Richmond, five of the Stella’s Grocery Stores in Richmond amongst others and some locations in New York. We are always adding more flavors and we have great seasonal options that rotate in and out depending on the time of year.Read their story
