I've always been a huge fan of greeting cards, and for much more than just birthdays and holidays. During the pandemic, I found I was sending more cards than ever, as just a small way to share a moment with a friend or loved one...even if that moment involved commiseration! Also during the pandemic, and really throughout my entire career (greeting cards aren't my day job...yet), I've been struck by how many people seem to be dealing with poor leadership examples at work, and in the course of thinking so much about why this is, I found myself wanting to poke fun at it, as a way to help us all cope. There's clearly a market for this kind of humor...the kind that only those who've been in the thick of poor office leadership can understand.
