About Brasserie Saint-Pierre

Since 2001, the Saint-Pierre Craft Brewery has been brewing its beers in the heart of Alsace, using exclusively Alsatian hops, pure barley malts, and Saint-Pierre water. Our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and we proudly assert our roots in the Alsatian terroir, with production entirely brewed on our site in Saint-Pierre. We pay close attention to every step of the manufacturing process, using high-quality ingredients, and enhance our original recipes with spices and varied flavors (honey, coriander, ginger, etc.) according to our imagination. Our brewing technique of top fermentation and bottle refermentation preserves all the taste qualities of our beers. Very open to sharing, we also offer guided tours with a commented tasting. Amateur brewing workshops are also organized with professional supervision.Read their story
