At a young age, I took an interest in cooking. In 1983, my close friends & I opened Barclays in Rochester, NY. From there, came the birth of Barclay's Hot Salt. Flash forward to 2001, we changed our name to Max Spice! The perfect blend of spicy & flavorful. More versatile than a hot sauce, it enhances whatever it's added to without changing the flavor profile. Great on all foods!
